本公司注冊(cè)于中國(guó)天津北辰技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，注冊(cè)資金5000萬(wàn)元，新建廠房13000平米，擁有國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)全過(guò)程監(jiān)控的單、三相電能表生產(chǎn)流水線，內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng)覆蓋生產(chǎn)、原材料采購(gòu)及財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算單位。目前，公司單三相電能表年生產(chǎn)能力100萬(wàn)臺(tái)，精良的設(shè)備，高素質(zhì)的人才，為公司迅速崛起和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，興凱勝正以矯健的步伐邁向輝煌的未來(lái)。

Tianjin Xingkai Wins Power Instrument Company Limited is a professional large-scale manufacturer of all types of electric power meters and detection device, integrating development and production together, founded in 1998. The company offers high-tech and high-quality manufactures in design, development, production and after-sales service of meter for international and domestic market. Meanwhile, the quality management system of Xingkai Wins Power Instrument Company Limited attains the requirements of the GB/T 19001-2008 – ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The company is adhering to have the purpose of people-oriented, serving the community and willing to design a better future.

The enterprise is registered in No.81, Huashi Road, Beichen Economic & Technological Development Area, Tianjin, China, which has a registered capital of RMB50 million and 13000 square meters factory. The plant located near Beijing and Tianjin Coastal New Area, with convenient water, land and air transportation. The company owns a complete set of advanced single phase and three phase electric power meter assembly line under the computer monitoring. The production team specialized in the production of watt-hour meter, prepayment meter, multi-rate meter, multi-function meter, intelligent ammeters, and so on. Moreover, advanced technology, sophisticated equipment and professional team offer the annual production capability of the single-phase and three-phase electric meter amounts to one million.
