POS (Tianjin) Engineering & Service Co., Ltd was founded in 2008 and it is specialized in providing Project Management, Engineering and Construction Consulting, Executive Search, and Talent Management services. We customize our services to meet our clients ’specific business and project goals. The steady growth enables us to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. Thus far POS possesses a local team of about 100 technical professionals.

Our clients range across different industries, from the famous multinational engineering companies to reputable global manufacturing company, such as: Air Liquide, Air Products, Akzo Nobel, Albemarle, Armstrong, Aleris, Celanese, Fluor, Forster Wheeler, GE Energy, Lonza, NNE, Novartis, Rhodia, Toyo, Worleyparsons to name but a few. Our fundamental business strategy is to build long-term relationships with clients and over 60 percent of our work is repeat business from loyal clients.
