MGH Group has multiple airline’s GSSA representation for both cargo and pax, The aviation sales agent or The Cargo General Sales Agent will bring in clients (cargo) for the airline; develop, plan and manage implementation of sales coverage and maximize revenue. This position is responsible for maintaining the business flow, developing new lanes and on-boarding new clients in order to magnify financial growth and exceed organizational targets.
Prior customer service and persuasive speaking experience, exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills needed , especially an aviation industry experience is of utmost importance, An undergraduate degree is a must.
Knowledge of the fleet (cargo configuration as per aircraft / cargo acceptance ) also gives a cutting edge to the candidate making him/her more suitable to optimize cargo utilization and profitability .
The focus is on securing cargo to India, Bangladesh , APAC and European sector .
