Responsible for electrical design and technical support of MV switchgear. Guide team to finish the electrical design and debugging work.

Your responsibilities
- Have abilities to design switchgear according to the specific electrical engineering requirements.
- Cooperate with DI to update the major solution design in order to meet the requirements of products; Give the answer to the question raised by our customers towards products.
- Design project schedule and have abilities to manage projects.
- Design new scheme according to the market requirements, extend product functions, optimize original design.
- Prepare digital solution and promote to the standard solution to the key customer/end users
- Support on design scheme confirmation before contract receiving.
- Guide & manage team to finish electrical design and debugging. Cooperate in the production issue.

Your background
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation/ electronic and information engineering or relevant discipline
- Good command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on manufacture process and standards. Be familiar with MS word, Excel, AutoCAD etc.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral. Good communication skill and good performance on leadership
- Over five years working experience for switchgear design or engineering application
- Have project management experience. Highly responsible, self-motivated and Willing to take on additional tasks.
- A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit. Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work.
