Base 南方，接受華南區(qū)域出差占比70%，其余時(shí)間無需坐班
Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
Duty includes new machines installation, startup and instruction and acceptance, onsite service of repairing, relocation of existing equipment, customer training; preventive maintenance, Productivity Improvement Programs (PIPs); proactively recommend the necessary spare parts, service and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities 具體職責(zé)
1 Machine Installations 機(jī)器安裝
-Mechanic 機(jī)械安裝
-Communication with team leader and DF to prepare the task with all necessary documentation, tolling和主管溝通任務(wù)，做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的必要文件，信息及工 具準(zhǔn)備
-Supervise and assist rigging contractor of customer for machine position.指導(dǎo)及協(xié)助客戶起重人員進(jìn)行機(jī)器就位。
-Install equipment and assemble the auxiliary parts 安裝機(jī)器和裝配附件
-Setup equipment and perform mechanical checks.調(diào)試及機(jī)器檢查
-Record the daily job with time consume，control the work progress and report the critical case and difficulty in time 按要求記錄工作進(jìn)度，及時(shí)報(bào)告異常問題及工作困難

2 Daily machine Repair and service 日常機(jī)器維修服務(wù)
-Contact the customer with person in charge to understanding machine situation.聯(lián)系客戶相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人了解情況
-Prepare the intervention with necessary documentation, tooling and related information 做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的必要文件，信息及工 具準(zhǔn)備
-Predication problem; troubleshoot.故障判斷和處理
-Repairs machine and/or request to order parts.修理機(jī)器及/或建議訂購零件
-Observes machine in production to confirm repair 觀察機(jī)器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及確認(rèn)機(jī)器修復(fù)

3 Preventive Maintenance，inspection and performance improvement 預(yù)防性維護(hù)，檢查及機(jī)器性能提升
-Inspection and evaluation machine.檢查及評(píng)估機(jī)器狀態(tài)
-List the parts to be repairs in order of urgency 準(zhǔn)備緊急情況下的修理清單
-Suggest the service to be applied and parts list to be replaced to recover the machine function fully. 建議服務(wù)需求及備件替換來恢復(fù)機(jī)器所有功能
-Promote the machine upgrade and retrofit to improve machine performance 推薦機(jī)器功能升級(jí)及改造來提高機(jī)器性能及產(chǎn)出 。
-Review meeting with customer to summarize the machine situation and follow up before departure.工作完成離開前召***議總結(jié)服務(wù)狀態(tài)及后續(xù)跟進(jìn)。

4 Training Customer客戶培訓(xùn)
-Operation and process training 工藝操作培訓(xùn)
-Maintenance training 維修培訓(xùn)

Education and Experience 教育背景及工作經(jīng)歷
-Collage technical degree or above is preferred. 大專技術(shù)學(xué)歷及以上優(yōu)先
-Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上類似技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)印刷和包裝行業(yè)優(yōu)先
