KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS

  • Lead commercial team to develop and execute regional channel strategies and operation plan to contribute to overall business growth
  • In charge of full management of distributors to achieve supply, DSO, and other operational KPIs
  • Lead local implementation DTP strategy and achieve key performance targets in DTP Channel
  • Colloborate with DCM HQ team to manage distributor CSO partnership to delivery business targets compliantly
  • Lead field teams to achieve annual targets in hospital listing and support other market access activities
  • Work closely with other teams such as BGs, Finance, Compliance, etc. to support achieving business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnership with major local distributors
  • Drive performance management culture with KPIs and be responsible for regional team capability development
  • Manage the use of regional department budgets.
  • Achieve business result successfully under the condition of in compliance with company’s relevant policy.
  • Fully responsible to lead team strictly follow Pfizer conduct code and core value.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree required, Master degree or above is preferred;
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 7 years in commercial management role
  • Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations with significant scale.

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels;
  • Established contacts and relationships with related stakeholders;
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action and implementation in line with Pfizer Cultural Characteristics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
