主要工作職責(zé)及任務(wù)Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

1) EHS與安全第一:應(yīng)確保按照相關(guān)法律規(guī)定和山特維克公司的政策和程序,維持該職能部門的健康、安全和環(huán)境要求。

EHS & Safety First: Shall ensure that the health, safety & environmental requirements of this function are maintained in accordance with statutory legislation and Sandvik policies and procedures.

2) 合規(guī)和法規(guī):確保遵守所有相關(guān)的法律和法規(guī),包括山特維克的要求,并遵守道德商業(yè)實(shí)踐的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。負(fù)責(zé)檢查和跟進(jìn)第三方供應(yīng)商合規(guī)文件的簽署進(jìn)度。

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Sandvik’s requirement and adhere to the highest standards of ethical business practices. Responsible for checking and follow up the signing progress of the 3rd party suppliers’ compliance documents.

3) 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理建立供應(yīng)商篩選和評(píng)估機(jī)制,對(duì)潛在和新供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行定位和評(píng)估,對(duì)現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分級(jí)管理,并與質(zhì)量部門協(xié)同完成供應(yīng)商年度績(jī)效評(píng)分。

Assist the General Manager in establishing a supplier screening and evaluation
mechanism, to identify and assess potential and new suppliers, implement a tiered management system for existing suppliers, and collaborate with the quality department to complete the annual performance scoring of suppliers.

4) 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理建立數(shù)字化和可視化的跟單和供應(yīng)商管理流程,不斷優(yōu)化數(shù)字流程的結(jié)構(gòu)性和邏輯性,實(shí)現(xiàn)常規(guī)訂單和供應(yīng)商管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),提高工作效率。

Assist the General Manager in establishing digital and visual tracking and supplier management processes, continuously optimize the structural and logical aspects of digital workflows, achieve standardized operations for routine orders and supplier management, and enhance work efficiency.

5) 按照流程執(zhí)行第三方供應(yīng)商訂單處理任務(wù):核對(duì)訂單信息,包括產(chǎn)品描述(與質(zhì)量工程師)、數(shù)量、價(jià)格,分派訂單到指定供應(yīng)商、跟蹤訂單確認(rèn)。

Perform 3rd party supplier order desk tasks in accordance with the process: Verify the accuracy of the order details, including product specifications (with quality engineer), quantities, price, distributing order to corresponding 3rd party supplier, and order confirmation quotations.

6) 訂單跟蹤:跟蹤訂單,以確保訂單按時(shí)交付,并在必要時(shí)與負(fù)責(zé)的采購(gòu)方更新狀態(tài)。訂單完成時(shí),通知質(zhì)量工程師安排質(zhì)檢,以及物流專員安排發(fā)貨。

Order Tracking: Track orders to ensure they are delivered on time and update status with responsible purchaser as necessary. When order completion, inform Quality Engineer to arrange inspection and Logistics Specialist to arrange shipment.

7) 潛在供應(yīng)商調(diào)研:對(duì)現(xiàn)有和新產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,持續(xù)獲取和開發(fā)潛在供應(yīng)商,評(píng)估其質(zhì)量、成本、交貨期、生產(chǎn)能力和可持續(xù)性。

Potential Supplier Research: Conduct market research on existing and new products /projects, and make continuous acquisition and development of potential suppliers, assess suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, delivery time, reliability, and sustainability.

8) 供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理:與供應(yīng)商建立并保持牢固的關(guān)系,作為供應(yīng)商和公司之間的聯(lián)絡(luò)人。

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as a liaison between the supplier and the company.

9) 原材料和市場(chǎng)分析:隨時(shí)了解原材料市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和供應(yīng)商表現(xiàn),能夠使用數(shù)據(jù)透視表和Power BI定期更新原材料價(jià)格走勢(shì)和中國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要信息。

Raw Material and Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and supplier

performance. Be able to use pivot tables and Power BI to regularly update raw
material price trends and China's important macroeconomic information.

10) 常規(guī)供應(yīng)商和產(chǎn)品價(jià)格談判:與現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商和常規(guī)產(chǎn)品,根據(jù)原材料市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行談判,為公司爭(zhēng)取最低的價(jià)格支持。

Regular Price Negotiation: negotiate with existing suppliers and regular products

according to the raw material market trends, to obtain the lowest price support
for the company.

11) 根據(jù)需要,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和價(jià)格談判。

Assist GM to conduct new products development and price negotiation as needed.

12) 跨職能和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作:了解和熟悉團(tuán)隊(duì)每個(gè)崗位的工作流程,必要時(shí)協(xié)助完成工作任務(wù),使工作與公司目標(biāo)保持一致。

Cross-functional and Team Collaboration: understand and be familiar with the workflow of other colleagues in team, assist in completing work tasks when necessary to align task efforts with company goals.

13) 在需要時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)其他工作。

知識(shí)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience & Knowledge:

1) 自我激勵(lì),能夠在沒有直接監(jiān)督的情況下工作。

Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.

2) 能夠與來自許多不同文化和時(shí)區(qū)的同事開展工作。

Will deal directly with personnel from different cultures and time zones.

3) 優(yōu)先考慮金屬鑄造、鍛造、熱處理、機(jī)加工背景工業(yè)采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Industrial sourcing background in metal casting forging, heat treatment, machining preferred.

4) 具備熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)技能,擅長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)透視表、Power BI優(yōu)先考慮。

Have good computer skill, be good at EXCEL pivot tables, Power BI etc. preferred.

5) 流利的英語(yǔ)書寫及一定的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。

English in writing and speaking.

6) 具備商業(yè)分析基本常識(shí)。

Have the basic knowledge of data analysis.

7) 愿意接受國(guó)內(nèi)外的出差。

Willing to travel domestically and globally.
