Job Descriptions:
1. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常技術(shù)活動(dòng)的監(jiān)督及審核，包括但不限于技術(shù)評(píng)估、報(bào)告審核、方案確認(rèn)、非標(biāo)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)備采購(gòu)等；
2. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系活動(dòng)的監(jiān)督，包括但不限于設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)/維保、期間核查、能力驗(yàn)證、人員培訓(xùn)、外審接待等；
3. 銷(xiāo)售及部門(mén)內(nèi)工程師日常項(xiàng)目工作技術(shù)支持；
4. 協(xié)助開(kāi)發(fā)新領(lǐng)域測(cè)試項(xiàng)目，編寫(xiě)WI、SOP及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)文件；
5. 協(xié)助并支持QM完成CNAS、CMA及OEM的審核；
6. 遵守公司、部門(mén)的制度要求
1. Supervision and review of daily technical activities of the laboratory, including but not limited to technical evaluation, report review, scheme confirmation, non-standard technology development, equipment procurement, etc;
2. Supervision of laboratory quality system activities, including but not limited to equipment calibration / maintenance, intermediate verification, capability verification, personnel training, external audit reception, etc;
3. Technical support for daily project work of sales and department engineers;4. Assist and support QM to complete the review of CNAS, CMA and OEM;
4. Assist in developing new field test projects and preparing wi, SOP and related system documents;
5. Assist and support QM to complete the audit of CNAS, CMA, dakks and OEM;
6. Comply with the system requirements of the company and department.
Job Requirements:
最低學(xué)歷：本科以上學(xué)歷
最低工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：10年
1. 化學(xué)或高分子材料專(zhuān)業(yè)背景
2. 英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或以上，能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流溝通
3. 熟悉汽車(chē)零部件的化學(xué)材料測(cè)試
4. 具備實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)管理崗經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum education: Bachelor degree or above
Minimum work experience: 10 years
1. Professional background in chemistry or polymer materials
2. Cet-4 or above, able to communicate in English
3. Familiar with chemical material testing of auto parts
4. Experience in laboratory technology management
