Customer Service
1) Respond to spare parts inquiries, provide quotations, and manage contracts and invoices for customers.
2) Manage spare parts inventory, handle warranty claims, and coordinate import/export and shipping documents;
3) Liaise with factories, sales staff, and customers' finance departments to ensure contract and invoice accuracy.
4) Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure close cooperation with clients.
2. Administration
5) Act as back office assisting service engineers for coordination / liaisons;
6) Maintain documentary records of machines and paper/photo archives;
7) Support team members for filling forms;
8) Create new account with financial department for new customers
t9) Collect industry news from sales & internet / magazines and make regular summary, distribute to management and sales team
3. Sales Support
10) Support Sales administration tasks such as bidding documents, contract preparation, order processing, etc.
Role Requirements / 任職要求:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above;
2) Majored in Financial, Business, Administration, etc.
3) Fresh Graduates
4) Well-versed in MS Office;
5) Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
6) Communication and negotiation skills;
7) Proficient computer skills;
8) Excellent presentation skills;
