【工作內容】
- 負責全球供應鏈網絡的設計與優(yōu)化，包括物流路徑、運輸模式及倉儲策略的選擇。
- 管理物流項目從規(guī)劃到執(zhí)行的全過程，包括但不限于供應商選擇、合同談判及服務監(jiān)督。
- 協(xié)調內部團隊（如銷售、運營、財務等）與外部合作伙伴，確保物流項目的順利進行。
- 定期評估物流計劃的有效性，識別改進機會，并實施必要的調整以提高效率和降低成本。
- 使用先進的物流管理軟件和技術工具來監(jiān)控和優(yōu)化物流流程。
【任職要求】
- 至少2年以上的物流規(guī)劃或相關領域的工作經驗。
- 具備出色的分析能力，能夠基于數據做出決策。
- 良好的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神，能夠在跨部門環(huán)境中有效工作。
- 流利的英語聽說讀寫能力。
- 對使用物流管理軟件和工具有基本的熟悉度，如WMS系統(tǒng)等。
Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highest customer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI). You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
--To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
--To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
--To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.
--To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.
--To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
--To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
--To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.
--To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.
