Job Purpose:
The Chief China Cooperation Officer is a highly skilled and experienced manager and strategic thought partner in improving business relations between Mongolia and China. The Chief China cooperation officer will play a critical role in prompting delivery of banking services to Chinese-invested enterprises and individuals in their native language; Establish and nurture relationships with Chinese companies and individuals in Mongolia. ? 根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)并確保整個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的執(zhí)行,并推動(dòng)強(qiáng)大的跨團(tuán)隊(duì)系統(tǒng)。
? 作為客戶(hù)的倡導(dǎo)者,負(fù)責(zé)最大限度地提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度,客戶(hù)滲透率和提高客戶(hù)的盈利能力,該職位負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)和協(xié)調(diào)所有內(nèi)部資源和外部供應(yīng)商。

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Proactively building trusted client relationships and maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers.
? Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning and effective pipeline management.
? To initiate and support introduction of new products to meet needs of this customer segment.
? Coordinate and ensure strong execution across the leadership team in accordance with the strategic plan and drive strong cross-team systems.
? Acting as the client advocate and charged with maximizing customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability in selected accounts, this position is responsible for the coordination and orchestration of all internal resources and external vendors.
? Strategically formulating account plan – provide clients’ needs-based solutions, structure appropriate credit facility, and execute various banking transactions.
任職要求:
? 5年以上銀行金融行業(yè)國(guó)際合作或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 具有豐富的在岸和離岸固定收益利率和信貸相關(guān)產(chǎn)品及/或衍生產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? 深入了解細(xì)分市場(chǎng),包括中國(guó)客戶(hù)和中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的投資行為。
教育背景 工商管理、財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
? 合作協(xié)調(diào):對(duì)跨境業(yè)務(wù)有較強(qiáng)的了解,包括客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理,活動(dòng)推廣,收益管理。高度自我激勵(lì);能夠在團(tuán)隊(duì)中獨(dú)立工作。

Qualifications:
? Around 5 years or above of experience in Banking and Finance industry with international cooperation business or related area.
? Solid experience in fixed income rates and credits with related products onshore and offshore, and /derivatives products be advantage.
? Deep insight about segment market including investment behavior of Chinese clients and Chinese market.
Education requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or in relevant majors.
? Cooperation Expertise: Strong knowledge of cross-border business, including client relationship management, event promotion, and revenue management. Highly self-motivated; ability to work individually within a team.
? Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, to engage with clients, team members, and partners.
? Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with event planners, vendors, and partners is essential for business growth.
? Analytical Skills: Using data and metrics to make informed decisions and track the success of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
? Industry Knowledge: Understanding the Banking and finance, international business industry, including competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
? Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. IELTS 6 or above is preferred.
