Responsible for the jurisdiction of the
property of human resources functions, including human resources planning,
recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training and
development, employee relations and daily management of human resources, and so
on.

負(fù)責(zé)所管轄物業(yè)內(nèi)的人力資源功能，包括人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘、績效管理、繼任計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展、員工關(guān)系及每日人力資源管理工作等等。

Major Responsibility主要工作職責(zé)

Cooperation with the management
staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve organizational
effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions.

同管理層人員合作分析問題及需求以達(dá)到組織的有效性，并提供解決方法以及這些解決方法實(shí)行的項(xiàng)目管理。

·
With the property HODs(Header of
Department) to establish a close strategic partnership and provide advice and
suggestion.

與物業(yè)部門經(jīng)理建立緊密的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系并提供咨詢及建議。

·
Ensure the HR department special
projects and work plans are implemented correctly and timely.

確保人力資源部的特別項(xiàng)目及計(jì)劃正確并及時(shí)地執(zhí)行。

Responsible for / supervise the
day-to-day human resource tasks such as payroll, welfare supervision, human
resources transaction processing services, staffing relations coordination,
etc.

負(fù)責(zé)/監(jiān)督日常人力資源工作任務(wù)，諸如工資發(fā)放、福利監(jiān)管、人力資源事務(wù)處理服務(wù)和員工關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)等。

Responsible for human resources
planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B adjustment and succession
planning, etc.

Provide management with the
guidance of the human resources work and develop their people management skills

In compliance with the Ascott Group's
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to
energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.

Requirements 資質(zhì)要求

·
More than 3 years relevant HR
experience in hotel / service apartment management;

至少3年以上在酒店/服務(wù)公寓行業(yè)人力資源管理者的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

·
Familiar with regional pay and
benefits status, and have a good working experience in the recruitment of
strategic management and training management;

熟悉區(qū)域薪資福利狀況，并在招聘策略管理和培訓(xùn)管理方面有很好的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

·
Familiar with the domestic labor
laws;

熟悉國內(nèi)的勞動法規(guī)；

·
Good Chinese and
English communication skills;

良好的中英文溝通能力；

·
Can withstand strong working
pressure.

能承受工作壓力。
