Objectives of job
? Ensuring and maintaining the quality of the product and processes at the production site, in series, in order to satisfy the customers' expectations regarding them.
? Ensures early detection of weaknesses, risks and defects of products and processes installed on site.
? Ensures compliance of products and processes with project quality requirements
? Implement appropriate measures to remove defects and weaknesses, respectively risks, and assess the effectiveness of implemented measures.
? Pursues continuous optimization through continuous improvement process (CIP) in the sense of zero mistakes strategy, respectively identifies and applies non-quality cost reduction solutions.
Principle Activities
Quality assurance activities:
? Monitoring the running of the quality management system installed on site and submitting proposals for optimization when they have been identified.
? Constant concern for compliance with quality assurance requirements.
? Provides technical support to co-workers, respectively planning and conducting schooling on the correct application of problem analysis methods, within the department.
Complaints management activities received from the client (0 km and land complaints):
? Participates and provides support in non-compliance analyses for field complaints and provides support in case an NTF process is started.
? Responsible for coordinating and documenting non-compliance analyses for 0 km complaints.
? Monitors corrective measures and ensures communication of their status to colleagues responsible for communication to the client.
? Takes from PQM the specific requirements of the customer and integrates them properly into internal quality documentation.
? It takes over the critical and/or safety characteristics defined by the customer or their insurance requirements and integrates them appropriately into the internal quality documentation.
? Participates in CMH change management meetings.
? Support in identifying the necessary verification and control devices in the project phase.
? Participates through planning and performs internal validations for series production
? Participates in the planning and implementation of series processes together with the customer.
? Part of the product re-qualification agreement team together with the project and the customer.
? Approve/validate (by signature) relevant reports/studies (process capability, equipment capability)
? Communicate monthly the status / maturity of the project to the managers in the series.
? Participates in client audits and any other project-related visit
? Participates in FMEA meetings and supports in terms of risk assessment within FMEA process.
? Support initial customer sampling according to current standards (PPF, PPAP).
? Centralization and evaluation of quality data / quality indicators, using internal and customer IT systems
? Definition and supervision of immediate and corrective actions (e.g. after rescheduling, suspension of delivery, etc.); in cooperation with other departments
? Validates the production control plan (PLP).
? Initiates/provides quality process training for new products/processes in the factory.
? Participation and cooperation in the validation for series production and Run@Rate.
? Request complaints to suppliers following internally detected defects on parts delivered by suppliers.
? Preliminary verification according to CS checklist evaluation process (checklist D1)
? Participation in defining and conducting the re-approval process (process, means of production)
? Participates in operational meetings.

? Promoting and maintaining effective, partnership-based collaboration with all the compartments it interacts with
? Observes and applies the climbing rules agreed with the direct superior
? Collaborates with the competent departments in order to carry out specific processing activities and implementation of measures to prevent external complaints.
Job and Work Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? 3 years of experience in the QS-field or car auto parts work experience
? Attitude of reliability, responsibility, and team spirit
? Ability to work independently
? Ability to deal with complex issues
? Strong communication skills
? English skills
? Familiarity with VDA and IATF16949
? Familiarity with Quality tools
