? Break down and finish department yearly planning and target, （Efficiency Quality Scrap and others）

? Operator planning in the area of responsibility
? 責任區(qū)域內(nèi)人員規(guī)劃
? Lead the team to coordinate internal and external resources to achieve the department target
? 帶領(lǐng)團隊協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源完成部門指標
? Coordinate employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.) and machine deployments
? 協(xié)調(diào)員工（如人員部署規(guī)劃等）和機器部署
? Ensure that work procedures are followed according to instructions as instructed
? 確保按照指示執(zhí)行工作程序
? Control compliance with safety, health and environmental protection regulations
? 控制安全、健康和環(huán)境保護法規(guī)的遵守情況
? Assist in optimization work processes and suggest improvements
? 協(xié)助優(yōu)化工作流程并提出改進建議
? Maintain training documents (e.g. in the qualification matrix, etc.) in coordination with disciplinary superiors
? 與上級紀檢部門協(xié)調(diào)，維護培訓文件（如資格匯總表等
? Determine the causes of disruptions as well as creating/ passing on a malfunction descriptions, as initiating measures (e.g. solve of difficult disruptions, etc.)
? 確定故障原因，創(chuàng)建/傳遞故障描述，作為啟動措施（如解決棘手的故障等）。
? Enter data into relevant systems
