Purchasing 采購(gòu)

與需求部門溝通，確定采購(gòu)需求。與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行溝通，咨詢采購(gòu)IT軟硬件產(chǎn)品信息。直接或通過(guò)采購(gòu)部進(jìn)行采購(gòu)。

采購(gòu)預(yù)算管理。

Communicate with the demand department to determine the procurement requirements.

Communicate with suppliers, consult and purchase IT software and hardware product information.

Procurement directly or through the purchasing department.

Procurement budget management.

Asset Management 資產(chǎn)管理

對(duì)所屬的IT軟硬件資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理。投資預(yù)算管理。配合財(cái)務(wù)部門進(jìn)行年度盤點(diǎn)。

Manage the belonging IT software and hardware assets. Investment budget management. Cooperate

with the financial department to conduct annual inventory.

Maintenance and repair 維護(hù)與維修

保證公司的軟、硬件設(shè)備正常工作，及時(shí)更新軟、硬件設(shè)備，維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，保障辦公室的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 運(yùn)行維護(hù)公司本地網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。維護(hù)IT信息網(wǎng)頁(yè)。

聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商對(duì)公司IT設(shè)備或平臺(tái)進(jìn)行維修。

Ensure that the company's software and hardware equipment work normally, update the software and

hardware equipment in time, maintain the network, and ensure the normal operation of the office.

Operate and maintain the company's local network system. Maintain IT information web pages.

Contact the supplier to repair the company’s IT equipment or platform.

創(chuàng)建、維護(hù)公司數(shù)據(jù)安全防護(hù)體系。

employees.

Assistant 助理

協(xié)助IT主管的各項(xiàng)工作，并保障工作順利完成。

有參與IT項(xiàng)目的可能，并在項(xiàng)目中擔(dān)任助理工作。

Assist the IT supervisor in all tasks and ensure the smooth completion of the work.

Possibility to participate in IT projects and serve as assistants in the projects.

Requirements/任職要求

1．3年以上IT支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

More than 3 years of IT support related work experience

2.良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。

Good English communication skill.

3. 信息系統(tǒng)，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。

Bachelor degree major in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.

4. 具備以下良好的IT知識(shí)和技能

網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信, IT 硬件, MS Office 365, 云服務(wù)器, 移動(dòng)電話,windows系統(tǒng)和Mac OS系統(tǒng).

Good knowledge and skill in following area:

network communication, IT Hardware, MS Office 365, cloud system, mobile phone, Mac Os and

Windows system.

5. 良好的表達(dá)能力，具備撰寫制作說(shuō)明文檔、培訓(xùn)材料能力

Good presentation skills, with the ability to write documentation and training materials
