崗位要求：
College Degree or above.
大專及以上學(xué)歷。
Candidates for this position will be evaluated based on the following:
--Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
-- The higher understanding of security.
-- Suitable for shift work.
-- Degree in Chemical engineering, coal chemical engineering, Fine chemical engineering. etc. And/or
Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.
有較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和人際交往能力。勤奮誠實可靠，努力工作以實現(xiàn)自己的理想。
對安全有較高的認識。
適合倒班工作。
化學(xué)工程與工藝、精細化工、煤化工、應(yīng)用化工專業(yè)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。或
具有在煤氣化單元現(xiàn)場操作崗位上連續(xù)工作一年以上經(jīng)歷的在職人員。
崗位主要職責(zé)：
1、Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
對氣化裝置現(xiàn)場操作進行持續(xù)改進，并分享氣化裝置運行經(jīng)驗。
2、 Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
對本班新現(xiàn)場員工進行崗位培訓(xùn)。
3、 The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement.
氣化外操必須做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，對現(xiàn)場操作故障進行處理和檢查確認，使氣化單元穩(wěn)定可靠運行。
4、The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Gasification Unit led and coordinated by shift-leader/Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
氣化外操應(yīng)能在主操、班長的帶領(lǐng)下，根據(jù)預(yù)想事故處理方案對氣化單元作現(xiàn)場緊急處理，并在副操的指令下協(xié)助恢復(fù)已跳車或停車單元的運行。
5、 Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools.
嚴格按照分析頻次或主操的要求、取樣流程進行取樣操作，并進行取樣后現(xiàn)場閥門檢查確認工作。負責(zé)所用分析取樣器具的維護保養(yǎng)、使用前安全檢查工作，嚴禁使用不安全取樣器具.
6、Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2, H2S, NaOH, polyacrylamide, lubrication oil, etc.
掌握所轄工作范圍內(nèi)取樣介質(zhì)的SDS，如：氫氣、氮氣、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氫、粉煤、氫氧化鈉、聚丙烯酰胺、潤滑油等。
7、Record daily/monthly Production report and fill in various ledgers; Write shift handover records as required and ensure proper handover of positions.
做好日常日報表、月報表、各類臺賬的填寫寫工作; 按要求書寫交接班記錄，并做好崗位交接；。
8、 Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
與用戶保持良好溝通和緊密合作，協(xié)助維護維修人員做好預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)工作。
9、 Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
參加有關(guān)安全會議，履行日常安全檢查工作，如：執(zhí)行安全自我評估系統(tǒng)SAM、現(xiàn)場安全持續(xù)改進計劃SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作許可證Safety work permit、持續(xù)改進管理系統(tǒng)CI、安全實踐培訓(xùn)等。
