崗位職責:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order the products (clothes, shoes, accessories) from warehouse in timely manner and organizing it according to the live streaming (collections, size sets etc)

Contact with delivery companies, labels, product forms, able to solve the problems in case of delays??????

Follow the deliveries and returns to the warehouse and stock takes and check, clearance of the live streaming.

Maintenance and organization of the live steaming after each session and preparations of the live streaming before shootings (studio clean and beautiful for the team to start their work, housekeeping and maintenance during the shoot and cleaned and prepared for the next day after shooting)

Communication with team (Irene, Rodrigo and other people involved, also team in head office) in regards of images or videos, references of the images or videos and responsibility to send them in timely manners to adequate teams for postproduction
