Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's cross-border e-commerce projects. According to the company's sales targets, formulate annual operation plans and marketing strategies, and lead the team to achieve business results.
2. Through market analysis and sales data analysis, provide feedback on product positioning suggestions and assist in formulating new product plans, brand marketing plans, etc.
3. Based on marketing strategies, combined with the features and requirements of e-commerce platforms (involving multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Temu, Mercado Libre, etc.), formulate specific operation work plans. Through team division of labor, set departmental operation indicators and evaluation criteria to ensure the smooth operation of the operation work and the delivery of results.
4. Continuously optimize the operation processes and systems to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
5. Be responsible for the daily management of the operation team, formulate an internal talent incubation mechanism to further improve the production efficiency of the operation team.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to use English as the working language.
2. Over 5 years of operation experience on cross-border e-commerce platforms, familiar with the operation characteristics of multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Temu, and with over 3 years of management experience of operation teams.
3. Possess sharp market analysis ability and marketing planning ability, be familiar with overseas markets and their consumer behavior habits, and have excellent product sales and online marketing planning skills.
4. Have a high degree of self-discipline, learning and expression abilities, be able to bear relatively heavy work pressure and responsibilities, and be willing to take on challenges.
