Description:
- 100% confirm system results matched with actual situation for all the ac-counts balance, reports and support documents submitted and kept for gov-ernmental and internal requirement including revenue, expenses, profit.
- Compliance with tax law and internal tax process, manage invoices according to local tax law.
- Compliance with payment process, and the accuracy rate over than 95%.
- Clear account receivable of technicians in time and control AR aging within 7 days.
- Recruitment related supporting like interview arrangement and local hiring agency support;
- Act as receptionist;
- Deal with daily branch admin job like admin expense application, admin ven-dor management, admin equipment purchasing etc.
- Branch office renewal and relocation supporting.
- Branch renovation supporting.
- Branch fixed asset management.
- Make sure branch company seal and invoice seal (including seal management hardware) are well stored and maintained and within their due diligence to make sure those chops being used properly according to company seal man-agement policy and process.
- Manage branch warehouse spare parts, make sure system data are aligned with actual category, quantity if needed.
