Job Description:

? Report to Finance Lead

? Responsible for region-wide Accounts Payable function

? Manage the accounts payable related processes, support and review the work of a remote team which handle for the day-to-day payment operation

? Design, control and strengthen the accounts payable processes and reports

? Assist in formulating and implementation of accounting, internal control policies and processes for accounts payable function

? Conduct training for new process to a remote team where applicable.

? Lead and undertake ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

? University degree with accounting professional qualification

? Minimum 10 years solid and relevant experience from a sizeable company with at least 3 years in a managerial position

? Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.

? Proficiency in MS Office.

? Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

? Ability to led change, highly motivated team player with positive attitude. Possess good leadership and management skills

? Analytical and proactive in problem solving
