(Key) Account Manager (SI) 日語(yǔ)客戶經(jīng)理

主要產(chǎn)品是粉末冶金零件,如動(dòng)力總成零部件,底盤類零部件等。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),變速箱,車身底盤泵,以及工業(yè)零件


Requirements:
· University degree
· Knowledge about industrial engineering and Marketing & price building(具備工業(yè)工程和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷及產(chǎn)品定價(jià)知識(shí)體系)
· Knowledge about legal liability, Economic knowledge(具備法律責(zé)任和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí))
· 2+ Years Sales experience in Automotive industry, multinational Company experience and Sinter industry experience is preferred (2年以上汽車零部件行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),跨國(guó)公司或粉末冶金行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 )
· Have good experience in market development and strong abilities in market expansion.(具有良好的市場(chǎng)開拓經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)拓展能力)
· Possess strong market sensitivity, familiar with the new energy market (especially local new energy enterprises), and have extensive social resources will be given priority consideration. (具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)敏感性,熟悉新能源汽車市場(chǎng),尤其是本土新能源企業(yè)/乘用車,擁有廣泛的社會(huì)資源者將優(yōu)先考慮)
· Strong ability to withstand pressure and sense of responsibility. Possess quick response, planning and coordination, as well as adaptability.(較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力,責(zé)任心。具備快速響應(yīng),計(jì)劃和協(xié)調(diào)以及應(yīng)變能力)

Responsibilities (職責(zé)概要):
1. Identify and evaluate potential customers, products, and competitors. Keep close relationship with Customers (識(shí)別并評(píng)估潛在客戶、產(chǎn)品和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,和客戶保持密切聯(lián)系)

2. Collect and analyze market data from multiple sources. (從多個(gè)渠道收集和分析市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)。)

3. Prepare and regularly update customer and competitor profiles. (準(zhǔn)備并定期更新客戶和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的檔案。)

4. Determine communication strategies and create customer presentations. (確定溝通策略并創(chuàng)建客戶演示PPT。)

5. Present and promote target products/solutions to customers. (向客戶展示和推廣目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品/解決方案。)

6. Acquire new customers and manage customer inquiries. (獲取新客戶并管理客戶詢問(wèn)。)

7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and allocate as needed. (監(jiān)控并響應(yīng)客戶詢問(wèn),并根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行分配。)

8. Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts and prices in line with company goals. (準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià)單并根據(jù)公司目標(biāo)協(xié)商合同和價(jià)格。)

9. Conduct ongoing sales monitoring and coordinate with order fulfillment. (進(jìn)行持續(xù)的銷售監(jiān)控并協(xié)調(diào)訂單履行。)

10. Prepare and analyze data to inform business decisions. (準(zhǔn)備和分析數(shù)據(jù)以支持業(yè)務(wù)決策。)

11. Support in the development of market and product strategies. (支持市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)品策略的發(fā)展。)

12. Assist in internal, supplier, and customer audits. (協(xié)助內(nèi)部、供應(yīng)商和客戶審計(jì)。)

13. Conduct economic feasibility studies and support cost optimization efforts. (進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究并支持成本優(yōu)化工作。)

14. Handle shipping, invoicing, and monitoring of prototypes and parts. (處理樣件和零件的運(yùn)輸、發(fā)票開具和監(jiān)控。)
