崗位職責:
1. Provide service to New Zealand end-consumer's enquiries related to their orders purchased from Oakley。com.
為在Oakley。com的網(wǎng)站消費的新西蘭終端客戶提供與訂單相關(guān)的咨詢服務。
任職要求:
1. Good English communication including written and speaking. 良好的英語書面和口語能力;
2. Strong communication skills & emotion management. 良好的溝通能力和情緒管理能力;
3. Positive, passionate, open mind, and keen to learn. 積極,熱情,開放的胸懷和熱衷學習的能力;
4. Ability to multi-task and manage stress. 能夠執(zhí)行多任務和管理壓力;
5. Ability to adapt to different attendance shifts (5 am - 2 pm from Oct-Apr, and 6 am - 3 pm from May-Sep). 能夠適應不同的考勤班次(10月-4月早上5點至下午2點,5月-9月早上6點至下午3點)。
