崗位職責:
1. Training Organization: organize training program activities, including venue arrangement, material preparation, invitation, and notification of trainees, to ensure that training activities proceed smoothly as planned.
項目組織:組織培訓項目活動,包括場地安排、資料準備、講師邀請、參訓人員通知等,確保培訓活動按計劃順利進行;
2. Training Program: responsible for training programs targeting to frontline leaders, such as line leader/shift leader programs, fresh talent training programs, and internal public courses programs, ensuring those programs are completed on time and with quality.
培訓項目:負責針對基層管理人員的培養(yǎng)項目,例如入職培訓、基層管理項目等,保證項目按時按質(zhì)完成;
3. Online Learning Platform Management: oversee the daily operations of the online learning platform, ensuring learning engagement;
學習平臺:負責線上學習平臺的日常管理和維護工作,確保平臺學習活躍度;
4. Training Data: collect and analyze training-related data such as the number of trainees, training costs, and training effectiveness, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of training records.
培訓數(shù)據(jù):對培訓相關數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計和分析,例如培訓人數(shù)、培訓費用、培訓效果等,確保培訓記錄的準確性和完整性;
5. Training promotion: design promotional materials for training activities, such as posters and videos, and summarize project reports to effectively communicate the value of training programs and activities.
文案宣傳:設計制作培訓活動的宣傳資料例如海報、視頻,總結相關項目總結報告,有效傳達培訓項目活動的價值。
任職要求:
1. A bachelor
s degree with a Human resources major will be a plus;
本科學歷,人力資源相關專業(yè)尤佳;
2. Good comment on English skills;
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
3. Familiar with PPT, Excel, and Word;
熟練使用PPT,Excel,和Word;
4. 2 to 3 years of Training experience will be a plus.
2-3年的培訓經(jīng)驗尤佳。
