Responsibilities Approx. % of time
1. Monitor daily operation of accounting functions in the school, manage school AP daily administration including payroll, vendor payment, staff reimbursements, tax payment, cash advance and school activities payment . Ensure all of the work is completed timely and accurately. 40%
2. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports including but not limited to internal management reports, external tax reports, etc. 10%
3. Assist the supervisor and managers with strategy, policy implementation and follow up the policies strictly. 10%
4. Deliver customer service with quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. 10%
5. External liaises with government requirements, including tax bureau, statistics Bureau, commercial & Industry Bureau, Bank etc. 10%
6. Responsible for journal entries created in SAP weekly and accurately. 10%
7. Monthly financial voucher filing timely and correctly. 5%
8. In addition, any other job or function given to you by the person to whom you report. 5%

Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance or related areas
Over 2-3 years related working experiences in financial or accounting area
Accounting Qualification and Statistics Qualification Required.
Have overall financial professional knowledge, understand accounting rules and related financial and tax laws and regulations, be familiar with the bank settlement business.
Have good communication skills, has the good ability to work independently and under pressure.
Honest, work is rigorous, principled strong, have strong professional dedication and the ability to execute
Familiar with all the Windows, Word, Excel and other common Office software.
Fluent written and spoken English to work in an English-speaking environment.
Work independently and under pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
