Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the entire rail transportation process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. 2. Strictly follow up SOP to conduct daily operation job and make sure whole process smoothly. 3. Vendor management, to support function head to complete vendor qualification and paperwork of internal process 4. System maintenance, make sure AP data key in Yunas in time and act as super user to ensure branch AR data key in Yunas prompt and accuracy, 5. Manage relationships with railway carriers and negotiate favorable terms for rail transportation services. 6. Prepare and process necessary rail transportation documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. 7. Monitor and analyze rail operations data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk. 8. Respond and involve to resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize rail operations and enhance overall service offerings. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in rail operations or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in using the CargoWise system for logistics operations. 4. Strong knowledge of rail transportation regulations and industry best practices. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. 6. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes. 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 8.
