1.能與人熟練交流,善于與客戶打交道;
2.進(jìn)行“中標(biāo)-質(zhì)?!倍说蕉巳湕l項(xiàng)目管理,高效聯(lián)接客戶,提高客戶滿意度;
3.制定項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)主計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目里程碑交叉點(diǎn)的資源、異常協(xié)調(diào),確保項(xiàng)目高效推進(jìn);
4.與客戶等項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方溝通確定客戶真實(shí)需求,建立項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方名錄,項(xiàng)目端到端全流程保持與客戶高效溝通,打造客戶對(duì)公司的信任力;
5.對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度負(fù)責(zé),跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,掌控項(xiàng)目節(jié)奏,保證項(xiàng)目的按時(shí)交付;
6.對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé),按照質(zhì)量計(jì)劃關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)參與相應(yīng)的評(píng)審和監(jiān)控,把控過(guò)程質(zhì)量;
7.對(duì)項(xiàng)目利潤(rùn)負(fù)責(zé),帶領(lǐng)項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行盈利策劃,管控項(xiàng)目變更,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目激勵(lì)機(jī)制對(duì)項(xiàng)目組成員進(jìn)行激勵(lì);
8.做好項(xiàng)目干系人管理及項(xiàng)目檔案管理;
9.處理影響項(xiàng)目里程碑階段的異常;
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、電氣類專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者;
3、有運(yùn)營(yíng)管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
