Job Location:
Shanghai (but 30% of the time estimate in cities where clients are, especially Shenzhen)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a good relationship with international clients, focusing on top clients, such as luxury groups and brands, and Fortune 500 international. 2. Knowing 4A agencies would be a plus.
3. Develop understanding of clients strategies and needs, engage discussions with several levels of management including marketing directors, media directors, media buyers… and then being able to propose the best solutions to answer to their needs. Building together an advertising campaign in airport benefiting the brand image and reaching advertising objectives.
4. Propose some new ideas, solutions, tailor made ideas.
5. Communicate smoothly with different departments inside client side (marketing, media) partners (4A agencies) and internally (marketing, management…).
Requirements:
1. 5+ years sales working experience in sales for luxury and or Fortune 500 clients.
2. Working in premium / luxury industries would be a plus (luxury, premium hotels, premium cars, media and fashion magazines…).
3. Strong sales & negotiation skills, self-motivation & client/ marketing/ solution/ digital oriented.
4. Maturity, leadership, modern and complex sales approaches, capacity to understand the decision mapping, interact between various departments, handle complex decision processes.
5. Dedication, high level of ethics, able to handle pressure.
6. Speaking English is almost a must have.
