Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support to users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and application software.
Responsible for hardware support, including maintenance and repair of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
System and software support, including management and maintenance of servers and network devices.
Basic network and telephone operations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network connections and telephone systems.
Maintenance of file and print servers to ensure the normal operation of file and print services.
Maintenance of data center equipment, including management and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience in hardware maintenance and repair, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols, routing, and switching.
Experience in managing and maintaining servers and network devices.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Problem-solving skills and strong learning ability.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
