Objective of the position 職務目的：

1. Assist ITG sales team to deliver excellent customer experience: ensure our customer to received highest level of product quality and service in the electronics industry.

2. Continue improvement of our manufacturing process and supplier quality.

Description職務描述：

1. Work with ITG’s factories and suppliers on continue improvement with their manufacturing system. This will include developing quality assurance system.

2. Address failure analysis and quality issues (8D report coordination) by working with our suppliers on manufacturing process and quality issues.

3. Assist factory audit event.

4. Conduct periodical supplier quality survey.

5. Assistance supplier development team on new prospective supplier survey.

6. Provide technical training and seminars to customers as well as ITG sales team.

7. RoHS compliance event.

8. NPI implementation for new products for current suppliers.

9. Others specific projects.
