職位描述

企業(yè)客戶2B自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目
1、為奔騰瑞馬在中國(guó)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展建立新的客戶關(guān)系，同時(shí)也要維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系；
Build new client relationships for PENTANOVA's business development in China, while maintaining existing client relationships；
2、奔騰瑞馬對(duì)外代表；
Representation of pentanova;
3、了解客戶相應(yīng)的技術(shù)規(guī)范/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給技術(shù)人員，督促技術(shù)人員在滿足客戶要求的前提下提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的報(bào)價(jià)及成本；
Understand the customer's corresponding technical specifications/standards and convey them to the technicians, supervise the technicians to provide competitive quotations and costs while meeting the customer's requirements;
4、準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià)/輔助銷售工程師報(bào)價(jià)，并負(fù)責(zé)與客戶進(jìn)行有效的商務(wù)談判；
Prepare quotes/assist sales engineers with quotes and be responsible for effective commercial negotiations with customers;
5、配合及監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，同時(shí)配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成項(xiàng)目的變更合同；
Cooperate and supervise the project manager, as well as work with the project manager to complete change contracts for the project;
6、根據(jù)公司每年制定的銷售目標(biāo)完成銷售任務(wù).

任職資格要求Job Qualifications：
-電氣或自動(dòng)化工程專業(yè)，MBA或其他額外的商業(yè)教育背景優(yōu)先；
Major in electric or automation engineering,MBA or other additional business education would be a plus;
- 必須具備良好的英語和技術(shù)英語知識(shí)，會(huì)德語者優(yōu)先；
Good English and technical English knowledge is a must, some German would be a plus;
- 具備汽車行業(yè)自動(dòng)化工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
With some years of experience as an automation engineer in the car industry;
-至少兩年的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備或類似領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least two years’ experience in technical sales for automation equipment or similar areas;
- 能夠根據(jù)客戶的需求準(zhǔn)備技術(shù)方案；
Able to prepare technical proposals according to the customer demand;
- 技術(shù)和商務(wù)方面的溝通能力強(qiáng)；
Strong in communication with customer (technical and commercial);
- 良好的組織和計(jì)劃能力；
Good organization and planning skills;
- 工作靈活，樂于在國(guó)內(nèi)出差及到歐洲和海外接受培訓(xùn)。
Flexible and willing to travel within China and for training to Europe and overseas.
- 學(xué)歷：本科以上；
education: bachelor or above;
- 性別要求：不限。
