1. Mechanical design and concept development for automatic robot stations for automotive manufacturing lines.

2. Handle the design work from concept layout to detailed structural design of general technical difficulty non-standard mechanical projects. Including: layouts, structural design calculation, and 2D, 3D parts, components, general drawings and other manufacturing drawings design.
能夠承擔(dān)一般技術(shù)難度非標(biāo)機(jī)械項(xiàng)目的主方案設(shè)計(jì)及詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì). 包括：結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，以及二維、三維零件、部件、總圖等制造圖紙的設(shè)計(jì)。

3. Support sales quotation related work.
Technical concept preparation of non-standard mechanical projctes and cost evaluation.
能夠支持銷售報(bào)價(jià)相關(guān)工作。
包括：承擔(dān)一般技術(shù)難度非標(biāo)機(jī)械項(xiàng)目方案的設(shè)計(jì)，以及成本評(píng)估. 協(xié)助銷售報(bào)價(jià)。

4. Technical support, quality supervision and control in the process of manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. Undertake the technical guidance of site installation. Timely meet customer technical consultation and related requirements. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents and customer technical training during project acceptance.
能夠承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目在制造、裝配、調(diào)試過(guò)程中技術(shù)支持、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和管控。承擔(dān)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。及時(shí)滿足客戶技術(shù)咨詢及相關(guān)要求。負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收時(shí)技術(shù)資料的準(zhǔn)備和客戶技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。

5. Ensure compliance with relevant processes and systems of the mechanical design department. Cooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth project execution.
遵守公司設(shè)計(jì)部相關(guān)流程及保密制度. 包括：相關(guān)公司項(xiàng)目圖紙、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、經(jīng)營(yíng)銷售信息等等。

任職要求：

- At least 5 years working experience in automatic robot station design;
有5年以上自動(dòng)機(jī)器人工作站機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- Strong experience of AUTODESK Software Products (e.g. Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault etc.);
熟練掌握 AUTODESK 設(shè)計(jì)軟件, 如Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault等；
- Strong experience of one kind of Robot simulation software;
熟練掌握一種機(jī)器人仿真軟件；
- Able to complete middle / small project independently on drawing design and material selection;
能夠獨(dú)立完成中小型項(xiàng)目圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)，材料選型；
- English or Germany knowledge preferred;
英語(yǔ)或德語(yǔ)流利；
- Education: bachelor or above;
學(xué)歷：本科以上；
- Major: mechanical design or concerned;
專業(yè)：機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
- Sex requirements: not limited;
