• 識別并上報可能影響客戶的潛在問題或趨勢。
• 向客戶提供實時人工預(yù)警內(nèi)容和數(shù)據(jù)明細(xì)，包括國內(nèi)外新聞媒體、社交媒體、論壇等多渠道信息
• 參與輿情監(jiān)測流程的優(yōu)化和改進，提出合理化建議，提高工作效率和準(zhǔn)確性。
• 與客戶保持密切溝通，了解客戶的具體需求和反饋。

任職資格：

• 本科學(xué)歷，擁有傳播學(xué)、新聞學(xué)、公共關(guān)系或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)優(yōu)先。
• 精通英語，包括書面和口頭表達。
• 1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有輿情監(jiān)測、市場研究、數(shù)據(jù)分析或媒體監(jiān)控經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
• 能夠在快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境中保持高效和準(zhǔn)確。
• 具備責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神，能夠獨立完成任務(wù)并確保工作質(zhì)量
• 24/7輪班制，確保輿情監(jiān)測的連續(xù)性和及時性

We are seeking dedicated Alerting Analysts. The candidate will be

responsible for providing timely manual alerts to help our clients stay ahead of potential issues. This role requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and escalate potential issues or emerging trends that could impact our clients.


? Provide real-time manual alerts and detailed reports to stakeholders.

? Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.

Qualifications:

? A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

? Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

? Prior experience in manual alert or a similar field is advantageous.

? The ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.


? Familiar with mainland and overseas media, social media, and monitoring tools.
