1.Responsible for commercial activities in bidding phase, including cost calculation, commercial risk and cost and cash flow analysis, commercial deviation control, commercial bid documents preparation and commercial offer issue.
2.Review, analyze, modify and/or draft the contract commercial clauses, and negotiate both domestic and international contractual terms, penalty, warranty, liquidated damages, export control etc. so as to limit potential legal and financial and compliance risks.
3.Co-responsible for price strategy with technical sales, and well hand over to execution team after contract signature. Collaboration with function departments (legal, tax, FS etc.) to decrease the project risks.
4.Collaborate with execution team for payment handling.
5.Complete others tasks assigned by managers.
Job qualification:
1. 5 years above commercial working experience
2. Sales Commercial for projects min. 2 years, is preferred
3. Being a commercial bid project manager
4. Collaborate with international team
