Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for Know-How/Professional skills training courses management/administration, e.g. training planning, training material.
2.Responsible for training program for Experts career path developing requirements, extend the LE/SE Training program and assessment for Engineering team.
3. Support the management and administration of engineering competence development, including training programs , technical documentation/report sharing, Lessons Learned,etc.
4. Manage the Engineering department's warehouse and laboratory, ensuring efficient operations and safety compliance.
5.Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors (e.g.Team Assistant, etc).
Job Qualification:
1.>2 years experience in competence development, training program management, or a related role within an engineering or technical environment.
2.Educational background is EA/ME.
3. Experience in Engineering field is preferred.
4.Good English reading and speaking skills.
5.Good knowledge of office software, e.g. Windows, MsOffice.
