Our company, a specialized manufacturer of rock drilling tools in the mining, construction, quarrying industry, is seeking a Business development manager to join our team. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in international sales ,mining engineering or English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent command of English.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical, customer-oriented, and persuasive.
Proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word and Power Point
Willing to travel extensively。
Communicate technical and sales solutions effectively.
Work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive actively.

Job Description:
Develop potential customers in the assigned region.
Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers
Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers
Analyzing customers' needs and recommending products to grow sales in territory
Offering quotations and sales proposals to customer base
Communication liaison between factory and customer base
Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts and advantages
Writing reports and proposals for customers and attending trade shows
Traveling to meet with customers or travel to mines and quarries for product support and business development
Negotiating prices with customers
Tracking sales and sharing sales information with internal team
Researching the current market trends and learning about new technology products
Meeting sales targets.
