工作職責：

1.協(xié)同本公司富有經(jīng)驗的設(shè)計及業(yè)務(wù)人員，評估開發(fā)階段木制玩具的結(jié)構(gòu)及規(guī)格，確保產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計功能，并能滿足特別客戶或ASTM或EN71等通用測試要求。

2.打樣階段與供應(yīng)商（我司長期合作的制造工廠）進行溝通，改善及測試樣品，確保樣品符合要求。

3.對于客戶投訴的產(chǎn)品，需重新評估產(chǎn)品材料及工藝，通知工廠改進并重新進行測試。

應(yīng)聘要求:

1.需要有玩具行業(yè)的工作背景。

2.5年以上的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。如有在玩具品牌公司/貿(mào)易公司或木制玩具的工作經(jīng)驗更佳,或有測試行的玩具測試經(jīng)驗也備受歡迎。

3.熟悉玩具行業(yè)的測試規(guī)則，善于溝通及解決問題。

4.英文良好:看得懂英文技術(shù)要求。關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的改進，能用英文寫產(chǎn)品改善措施。

5.偶爾出差到浙江地區(qū)。

Responsibilities:

1. Work with our experienced designers and merchandiser, evaluate the design
drawing and specification, to ensure product has good function, and can meet
the specified customer requirements or general safety requirements of ASTM
& EN71.

2. Work with suppliers
to manage product development process, ensure sample making in right way and
can meet relevant mandatory requirements.

3. Ensure
customer-compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved with any
shipped products.



Requirements:

1. Background in toys is mandatory.

2. 5+ years of related experience in the toys retail brand, trading company, or
buying office, experience in toys Lab or wooden manufacturing will be a plus.

3. Strong technical knowledge and skills, understanding of US/EU standards. Strong
communication skills & good at problem-solving.

4. Proficiency in both written & oral English.

5. Occasionally
business trip to Zhejiang province.
