Job Responsibilities:

§ Cooperating with Project Manager on EHS Stewardship projects, including project process control, subcontractors’ communication and management., onsite safety inspection, and etc.

§ Perform and/or assist on EHS related consulting projects, including but not limited to onsite EHS supporting, EHS management system establishment and assessment, EHS compliance audit, EHS permitting, EHS training, EHS Regulations interpretation and analysis, and etc.

§ Developing new client relationship by training, event, workshop, conference call and face-to-face discussion if needed.

§ Maintenance on client relationship by conference call, phone chat, propaganda article writing, public webinar, and etc. if needed.

§ Good knowledge of key national/regional environmental, health and safety legislations.

§ Act as a visible role model of WSP's culture, demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with the Code of Conduct and Core Values.

§ Ensure actions and behaviors are aligned to WSP Policies at all times.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree or above in EHS related majors.

§ 3 to 5 Years of work experience.

§ Experience in manufacturing factories is preferred.

§ Certified Safety Engineer (CSE) is a must. Other EHS related certificate is preferred.

§ Familiar with international/national/local regulations and professional guidelines.

§ Frequent travel is required. Willingness to accept on-site projects if needed (3 months to 6 months if needed).

§ Detail oriented with emphasis on quality of work.

§ Excellent work ethic with strong organization and time management skills.

§ Strong inter-personal, verbal communication and technical writing skills are essential.

§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.

§ Fluent in English and Mandarin.

§ Flexibility to work extra hours if required.
