1.負(fù)責(zé)飛機(jī)/發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)購(gòu)銷、租賃合同商務(wù)條款起草、審核、談判及交易相關(guān)文件準(zhǔn)備；

2.負(fù)責(zé)組織和協(xié)調(diào)商務(wù)談判；

3.負(fù)責(zé)合同的執(zhí)行管理；

4.配合市場(chǎng)銷售做好市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)及分析；

5.配合做好飛機(jī)/發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)OEM對(duì)接協(xié)調(diào)等；

6.配合完成飛機(jī)/發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)交付工作；

7.航空資產(chǎn)的保險(xiǎn)規(guī)劃。

任職要求:

1.學(xué)歷：統(tǒng)招大學(xué)本科（含）以上學(xué)歷;

2.外語(yǔ)水平：CET-6（含）以上及同等水平;

3.專業(yè)：貿(mào)易、金融、財(cái)務(wù)、法律、航空等專業(yè);

能力素質(zhì)：

1.熟悉飛機(jī)/發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)購(gòu)銷、租賃相關(guān)流程和飛機(jī)/發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)購(gòu)銷、租賃相關(guān)合同及文件；

2.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、合同談判能力；

3.航空公司飛機(jī)引進(jìn)或租賃公司商務(wù)、熟悉航空保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)崗位優(yōu)先；

4.英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力強(qiáng)。

Main duties：

1.Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating for aircraft/engine purchase and sale and lease contracts, and preparing transaction-related documents.

2.Responsible for organizing and coordinating transaction negotiations.

Responsible for the management of contract execution.

3.Assist in marketing and sales to do market research,
data statistics and analysis.

4.Act as point of contact to aircraft/engine OEMs, etc.

5. Coordinate with the completion of aircraft/engine deliveries.

6. Responsible for collaboration of aircraft/engine delivery.

7. Insurance planning for aviation assets.

Job requirements：

1.Education:Bachelor degree or above.

2.Foreign language proficiency: CET-6 (or above) and equivalent.

3.Major: trade, finance, law, aviation, etc.

Capabilities：

1.Familiar with aircraft/engine purchase and sale, leasing related processes and aircraft/engine purchase and sale, leasing related contracts and documents.

2.Good communication and coordination, contract negotiation skills.

3. Working experience in airline aircraft acquisition department or leasing company or familiar with aviation insurance planning is a plus.

4.Fluent English listening, speaking and reading skills, excellent oral skills are preferred.
