Position overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Part-time/Intern, Chief of Staff to support the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Development and work closely with the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
o Assist the Director of Corporate Development in preparing for meetings, drafting materials, and conducting research on key initiatives.
o Support the planning and execution of organizational projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
o Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Project Management
o Coordinate cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
o Create project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and keep projects on track.
Operational Assistance
o Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
o Draft reports, presentations, and executive summaries on various topics.
o Manage schedules, task lists, and follow-ups for high-priority initiatives.
Communication & Collaboration
o Support internal and external communications on behalf of the Director of Corporate Development.
o Facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key takeaways.
o Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
Strategic Support
