Customer management and support
? Customer data management, working with Branch service team to update the customer data regularly, review the parts potential and sales lost rate, including used machines customers.
? Work with Brach service team to keep machine availability, including harvest season field support and ensure customers’ maintenance and adjustment instructions, post-harvest inspections.
? Plan and carrying out training tasks, with dealers and KA customers, as: parts features, machine upgrade kits, commercial policy, parts management system (CRM, DMS, parts tools/system as Parts-Doc, Parts-Online )
Parts sales and Aftersales promotion
? Define and implement parts sales target and plan per dealers, as per machine population and sales potential.
? Plan and carrying out parts promotion and marketing events with dealers in region, to promote original parts sales, maintenance contract…
? By following up RIM and new machines initial stock plan, to carry out the inventory analysis and order proposal with dealers.
? Market intelligence: Collecting and feedback the market intelligence of competition, price and performance, submit pricing proposal to pricing colleague,
Required Skills and Working knowledge:
? Engineer for agricultural and construction machinery technology
? Knowledge of modern western agricultural engineering,
? Additional knowledge / training experience with maintenance and repair.
? Parts sales or warehouse management/planning
? Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken)
? Driving license and experience in car driving
