工作時(shí)間:周末雙休,用餐時(shí)間1小時(shí)
2層辦公區(qū):7:00-16:00
1層公區(qū):8:00-17:00
潔凈室:8:30-17:30
外圍+夾層+餐廳衛(wèi)生間:8:30-17:30
工作要求:
1、具備1年以上保潔經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、有服務(wù)意識(shí),性別不限
工作內(nèi)容:
1、盡職盡責(zé)按照操作規(guī)程及保潔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求做好本責(zé)任區(qū)域工作。
2、負(fù)責(zé)保潔工作的具體實(shí)施,學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)技能,接受培訓(xùn);掌握清潔工具基本操作技 能。
3、 因任何原因離開(kāi)工作崗位,事先征得主管同意,如對(duì)上級(jí)所做決定有不同意見(jiàn),應(yīng)先完成 再進(jìn)行討論;對(duì)主管工作上的調(diào)動(dòng)或安排必須絕對(duì)服從。
4、遵守正確的工作程序和方法,根據(jù)人流量多少,隨時(shí)做好保潔工作,并定時(shí)巡視重點(diǎn)區(qū) 域。
5、嚴(yán)格按相應(yīng)操作規(guī)程使用、存放、保管保潔設(shè)備、設(shè)施,發(fā)生損壞或丟失時(shí)及時(shí)上報(bào)領(lǐng)班 備案,由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理按有關(guān)規(guī)定處理。正確使用各種清潔藥劑,嚴(yán)禁浪費(fèi)。
6、積極參加衛(wèi)生突擊工作,如:貴賓參觀、門前積雨、積雪的清掃突擊工作。
7、向客戶宣傳衛(wèi)生常識(shí),勸阻并制止不衛(wèi)生,不文明的現(xiàn)象和行為。有義務(wù)維護(hù)公共設(shè)施、 設(shè)備的正常使用狀況,在保潔過(guò)程中,如發(fā)現(xiàn)公共設(shè)施有損壞,應(yīng)及時(shí)上報(bào)。
8、清潔時(shí),盡量回避客戶。對(duì)客戶提出的合理要求和建議,盡量幫助、解決或反饋主管領(lǐng) 導(dǎo),嚴(yán)禁正面拒絕。
9、有效完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作。
