Job description:
職位描述：

1. Our company is the exclusive agent of Vehicle Certification Authority (VCA), an institution under the British Department of Transport. We engage in providing vehicle export certification and British/EU regulatory related services for domestic customers and we specialize in professional vehicle certification reports and certificates. Our major customers are domestic OEMs. 本司為英國(guó)交通部下屬車輛認(rèn)證局（VCA） 唯一指定中國(guó)代表處，為國(guó)內(nèi)客戶提供車輛出口認(rèn)證及英國(guó)/歐盟法規(guī)相關(guān)服務(wù)，完成車輛認(rèn)證專業(yè)報(bào)告及證書。 客戶一般為國(guó)內(nèi)汽車主機(jī)廠；

2. You are responsible for providing certification services to customers, explaining regulatory requirements and guiding customers to prepare certification plans and product documents. 為客戶做好認(rèn)證服務(wù)，講解法規(guī)要求并引導(dǎo)客戶做好認(rèn)證計(jì)劃及產(chǎn)品文件準(zhǔn)備；

3. During the certification period, you are expected to conduct equipment certification audits, complete witness tests, factory audits and other related work. You will fully communicate with customers to solve project related problems. 認(rèn)證期間需要做好認(rèn)證設(shè)備審核，完成目擊測(cè)試，工廠審核等相關(guān)工作，并與客戶充分溝通協(xié)助解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題；

4. Your job duties involve providing customized vehicle export certification solutions to customers, offering customers with various suggestions, assistance, and explanations for a better understanding of British/EU regulations. 根據(jù)客戶車輛出口認(rèn)證需求向其提供解決方案；為客戶提供各類建議、協(xié)助和講解，讓客戶更好理解英國(guó)/歐盟相關(guān)法規(guī)；

5. You are required to provide day-to-day technical support to our customers. 向客戶和合作伙伴提供日常技術(shù)支持。

Requirement:
任職要求：

1. Tianjin based, most of work will be carried out in Tianjin Testing Center. Working from home is allowed with a string attached that the applicant must be well-traveled as project request, 常駐天津，工作地點(diǎn)以天津檢測(cè)中心為主， 根據(jù)客戶測(cè)試項(xiàng)目安排會(huì)有出差需求；無(wú)出差需求時(shí)可居家辦公；
2. Good command of vehicle certification regulations, graduate or postgraduate that major in vehicle engineering is preferable 對(duì)汽車認(rèn)證法規(guī)了解，車輛工程相關(guān)專業(yè)，統(tǒng)招本科或研究生；

3. Working command of spoken & written English is preferable. Be capable to complete certification report in English is desired. 具備一定的英語(yǔ)能力，可以完成認(rèn)證報(bào)告，可以使用中英文順暢交流；

4. The main qualities required are ability to learn, good team spirit, good communication skills. Good working knowledges of Office software. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)，具有良好的溝通能力，熟練使用Office辦公軟件；

5. Good customer service attitude, willing to travel.
有客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)；可以適應(yīng)出差工作。
