崗位職責(zé):
1. Contacting Prospects: Reach out to potential customers and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
接觸潛在客戶:主動聯(lián)系潛在客戶并與之進(jìn)行對話,以了解他們的需求并將他們定性為潛在銷售線索。
2. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assign qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
潛在客戶資格評估:根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對潛在客戶進(jìn)行評估和資格認(rèn)定,并將合格的潛在客戶分配給銷售團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的跟進(jìn)。
3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Follow up with the sales team on the progress of assigned leads and provide support as needed.
與銷售團(tuán)隊協(xié)作:跟進(jìn)銷售團(tuán)隊處理已分配潛在客戶線索的進(jìn)展情況,并根據(jù)需要提供支持。
4. Prospect Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
潛在客戶跟進(jìn):定期與潛在客戶保持聯(lián)系,培養(yǎng)關(guān)系,并將他們轉(zhuǎn)化為實際銷售。
5. Feedback to Marketing: Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality of leads generated, helping to refine and improve future lead generation efforts.
向市場團(tuán)隊反饋:向市場團(tuán)隊提供關(guān)于生成的潛在客戶線索質(zhì)量的反饋,幫助優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)未來的潛在客戶開發(fā)工作。
崗位要求:
1. College degree or above. 大專及以上學(xué)歷。
2. Preferably Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in Tele calling / similar role.優(yōu)先考慮具有3至5年電話銷售或類似經(jīng)驗的畢業(yè)生。
3. Good ability to understand business logic of marketing, sales and customer engagement and have a good business sense and you can easily grasp the needs of your internal customers.?良好的理解市場營銷、銷售和客戶參與的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯能力。具有良好的商業(yè)意識,能夠輕松把握內(nèi)部客戶的需求。

5. Process developer mindset and active networker who also takes responsibility for deploying results - monitors and asks if nothing happens.?
