1.可以作為項目總控完成路演、會展、巡展、發(fā)布會、展廳等項目運作,包括客戶溝通、項目準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行等;
2.可獨立完成中小型項目,并能帶領(lǐng)組內(nèi)人員一同完成中大型活動;
3.項目實施管理;
4.與創(chuàng)意設(shè)計團(tuán)隊配合完成提案;
5.策略性的溝通交流,包含客戶和供應(yīng)商資源
6.可獨立制作報價,并對成本有一定的把控力。
Job Description:
1. Effectively manage client communication, project preparation, and on-site execution to proficiently coordinate various projects such as roadshows, exhibitions, tours, press conferences, and showrooms.
2. Lead team members in successfully accomplishing large-scale activities collaboratively while independently handling small to medium-sized projects with capability.
3. Possess expertise in project implementation management for efficient execution.
4. Finalize proposals seamlessly by collaborating with the creative design team.
5. Skillfully engage in strategic communication and interaction involving client and supplier resources for effective coordination.
6. Autonomously generate quotations while maintaining a certain level of cost control with competence.
任職要求:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷,會展會務(wù)、廣告?zhèn)髅?、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.至少五年以上會展、活動、商業(yè)空間等實踐工作經(jīng)驗;
3.有良好的服務(wù)意識,有團(tuán)隊建立、工作協(xié)調(diào)及與客戶溝通等能力;
4.良好的英文聽,說,讀,寫能力;
5.對工作有熱情和責(zé)任性,可以接受加班、出差
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in exhibition and event management, advertising and media, marketing, or related fields.
2.Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the fields of exhibitions, events, and commercial spaces.
3. Demonstrate outstanding service orientation, showcasing adeptness in team building, workload coordination, and client communication.
4. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is a prerequisite.
5. Be passionate and responsible about work, and be willing to work overtime and business travel.
