Responsibilities:

l Responsible for daily teaching of ice hockey classes and school team training. Develops and strictly implements teaching plans according to school requirements; takes responsibility for teaching safety and outcomes; actively participates in teaching research activities, continuously optimizing course content and teaching methods

l Conducts regular student assessments and compiles records to ensure that the school, parents, and students are informed about teaching goals and outcomes; responsible for ice hockey teaching satisfaction

l Proactively organizes students to participate in international school ice hockey inter-school competitions and other ice hockey events, and achieves excellent results in competitions

l Cooperates with large-scale events organized by the company and the school

l Completes other tasks assigned by the leadership

Qualifications:

l Nationality requirement: Native English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc.;

l Age limit: Under 45 years old, healthy, no criminal record;

l Educational and qualification requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a professional qualification certificate related to ice hockey; priority will be given to those with a background as professional ice hockey players; priority will also be given to those with a teacher's qualification certificate in their home country;

l Teaching experience: Three or more years of full-time teaching experience in youth ice hockey; priority will be given to those with two or more years of full-time experience as an ice hockey coach at international schools in mainland China; priority will be given to those who have led children to win awards in ice hockey competitions;

l Other requirements: Positive and cheerful personality, strong affinity, calm and stable emotions, proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.

As a Ice Hockey Coach, you will get:

l Compensation: Monthly pre-tax income of 25,000 to 35,000 yuan (salary is determined based on individual athletes' professional background, experience in teaching at international schools, performance in children's competitions, and other comprehensive factors), with the requirement to pay social insurance according to Chinese work regulations, and the individual's portion will be deducted and paid by the company on behalf of the employee;
