1.Sourcing and Vendor development and
Management供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)和管理

2.Have responsibility for source
developpment, establishing sourcing agreements with suppliers at the local and
enterprise level. 負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)資源的開(kāi)發(fā),與本地和企業(yè)供應(yīng)商建立采購(gòu)協(xié)議。

3.Negotiate contracts, review proposals,
negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyse trends, verify
delivery, and maintain necessary records.協(xié)商合同主要條款、審核建議書(shū)、協(xié)商價(jià)格、供應(yīng)商推薦與篩選、行業(yè)情況分析、監(jiān)督交付進(jìn)展以及保存相關(guān)記錄。

4.Responsible for leading the supply
chain team and manage order fulfilment
process of all purchasing orders負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì),管理所有采購(gòu)訂單的完成流程

5.Plans and directs the activities of a
group of purchasing agents/buyers who contract with vendors for raw materials,
supplies, equipment or services required by the company.針對(duì)公司需要的原材料,物料,設(shè)備或服務(wù)作出采購(gòu)計(jì)劃,并指導(dǎo)采購(gòu)人員進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作

6.Monitor the progress of procurement
order, direct the activities of buyers to accomplish company different
objectives. Maintain and reach company objectives in term of purchasing cost 監(jiān)督采購(gòu)訂單的進(jìn)度,指導(dǎo)采購(gòu)人員完成公司不同的采購(gòu)目標(biāo)。維持并達(dá)到公司的采購(gòu)成本目標(biāo)

7.Accountable for Logistic and
transportation management to ensure the on time delivery and resolve all kinds
of problems on coordination with relevant units, both internal and external管理物流和運(yùn)輸團(tuán)隊(duì)確保貨物的及時(shí)輸送,與公司內(nèi)部其它部門(mén)以及外部供應(yīng)商等協(xié)作解決出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題

8.Work closely with the production teams to
develop right inventory management and cost reduction actions 與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,制定正確的庫(kù)存管理和降低成本的措施

9.Monitor stock values and quantities and
maintain a high stock accuracy and make relevant record 監(jiān)管庫(kù)存價(jià)值與數(shù)額并確保其高度準(zhǔn)確并詳細(xì)記錄

10.Ensure fast and efficient import /
export to meet targets committed to the customers and other departments within
the organization Responsible for customs import and export procedure and
legality of the logistic operation regarding the Chinese law for customs 確保進(jìn)出口的迅速與高效以保證公司內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門(mén)和客戶的需要,根據(jù)中國(guó)海關(guān)法律,負(fù)責(zé)海關(guān)進(jìn)出口手續(xù)及物流操作的合法性

11.Drives improvements at supplier to
achieve benchmark quality and delivery levels On-time Delivery and Quality
performance management to established goals 管理并督促供應(yīng)商改進(jìn)質(zhì)量符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和定時(shí)送達(dá)

12. Improve suppliers’ OTD and minimize
materials related downtime.Ensure the on-time purchasing of material

and prevent production stop due to shortage of purchased materials or services

改善供應(yīng)商的OTD,減少與物料相關(guān)的停機(jī)時(shí)間

確保按時(shí)采購(gòu)材料,防止因采購(gòu)材料或服務(wù)短缺而停產(chǎn) 

13.Represent the supply chain teams across

the organization, communicating and working effectively with other functions
(manufacturing, quality, engineering, customer service and commercial) to meet
the business goals.

作為供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)的全權(quán)代表,與制造團(tuán)隊(duì)、質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)、工程部門(mén)、客服部門(mén)以及業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作以達(dá)成業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)

14.Lead the whole process of material
planning include raw material replenishment planning.帶領(lǐng)物料計(jì)劃部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)原材料供給計(jì)劃制定與執(zhí)行

15.Proactively manage the supply chain team to expedite shortages by identifying issues and internal problems.帶領(lǐng)供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)分析問(wèn)題與現(xiàn)狀提前預(yù)防與解決物料短缺問(wèn)題
