Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Overall management on warehousing and distribution project, including space/equipment/staff/flow/security, etc;

2. Draft and publish SOP, operation policies and reports template mapping out; Continuously update SOP to reflect operation changes.
制定相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度，操作流程及報表。持續(xù)更新SOP以反映流程變化。
3. Oversee the KPI statistics and assess the completion of the project.
負責(zé)該項目的KPI的統(tǒng)計，評價項目的完成情況。
4. Daily operation management, including inbound/outbound/inventory control/cycle counting, etc.
日常運行管理，包括貨物的進/出站，庫存及盤點
5. Be responsible for daily operation including order taking, quotation offered, tracking report and monthly report maintenance.
負責(zé)客戶訂單的管理工作,包括：訂單處理、報價每日更新客戶報表并制作月報告。
6. Timely communication/feedback/reports to client; Establish good relationship with client and perform maintenance; Dispose of any customer complaint or outstanding issue as soon as possible, find root cause and give action plan.
保持與客戶的日常溝通，并及時向公司匯報與反饋， 建立和保持與客戶的良好關(guān)系，發(fā)生投訴，著手調(diào)查原因和尋找補救措施，盡快解決客戶問題，追蹤根本原因，給出行動計劃。
7. Keep close communication with clients.
密切聯(lián)系客戶，保持良好的溝通。
8. Assist Manager to perform monthly bill settlement with client.
協(xié)助經(jīng)理與客戶完成月季清算
9. Staff on-the-job training to facilitate operation accuracy/efficiency/quality.
對倉庫管理員就工作的準(zhǔn)確/效率/質(zhì)量方面進行培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)
10. Proper people management to achieve best teamwork for operation excellence.
正確地進行人員管理，促進團隊合作，進一步推動項目的良好運作
11. Cross function knowledge/experience sharing.
與員工分享專業(yè)知識及經(jīng)驗
12. Cost sensitive.
對于成本控制敏感。
13. Any other task assigned by manager including new project implementation，continuous process improvement and so on.
經(jīng)理布置的其他任務(wù)如新項目實施，現(xiàn)場流程持續(xù)改進落地等。
