General Responsibilities:

Ensure any system transaction operation fully compliant with SOP and corporate policy

根據(jù)流程完成相關(guān)操作

Participate the physical warehousing operations when need;

有需要時參與倉庫操作

Complete the system transaction on time , ensure the transaction consist with physical cargo activity , keep every record in traceable

保證系統(tǒng)操作與實物操作一致，確保每個操作的記錄可追溯

Ensure warehouse data & system security and safety;

確保數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)倉庫的安全

Detailed Responsibilities:

Mainly handling the WMS system transaction for inbound, outbound, transportation tracing, related data analysis and documents filling.

負責(zé)倉庫系統(tǒng)收貨、發(fā)貨、運輸跟蹤以及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的匯總，相關(guān)文件保管。

Daily operation communication with customers and suppliers.

負責(zé)與客戶和承運商日常運作的溝通。

Ensure the transaction consist with physical cargo activity , properly provide the right necessary data record

統(tǒng)計及確保倉庫庫存和系統(tǒng)庫存準(zhǔn)確無誤并提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)。

Help on the warehouse stock take work and finish the data analysis in time

協(xié)助倉庫組長完成倉庫盤點工作，并及時完成盤點統(tǒng)計表。

no picking material or exception material follow up and report

發(fā)料異常物品的跟蹤及報告。

Handle the tasks that assigned by the warehouse supervisor

接受倉庫主管安排的其他工作

Qualifications Requirements Knowledge & Skills Logistics discipline is preferable.

Education & Training College or above, Skilled in Reading and Writing English. Good computer skill

教育和培訓(xùn) 大專以上學(xué)歷，英語讀寫能力熟練，熟練操作計算機

Experience SAP System operation experience is preferred
