Mission : Setup and Control the Assembling Processes

Key Responsibilities

· Implementation of factory assembly quality processes

· Perform GAP analysis between Quality Plan and the reality

· Follow Quality KPI’s

· Respect the Product Approval Compliance

Reporting relationship

Directly reporting to: Group Project Manager.

Job Requirements (skills and experience)

· Fluent writing & speaking in English and Chinese.

· Background : Engineer / Master,

· Min 5 years’ Experience as Assembly line Quality Supervisor / Manager in Aircraft Industry

· Strong technical knowledge in Engineering, with relevant industry experience.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Rigorous - Organized - Analytical mindset

· Results-oriented, with a problem-solving and decision-making approach.

· Knowledge of quality and regulatory compliance standards relevant to the engineering center's industry.

· Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
