訂單日英雙語(yǔ)

Job Summary

·Supervise, and support for improvement of, process creation and execution, program administration, records management and operational support for Japan Geographic Contract Management Team by lower level personnel.

·Support business operation for projects or accounts in Japan, including review and writing of relevant contracts, tracking of contract obligations, making aware of contract obligation to delivery people.

Responsibility

·Supervise lower level people to design and actively implement,maintain and improve processes required to make sure of continuous compliance in projects, in the areas of document management, data protection,obligation management and contract awareness and contract management processes, etc. with end to end responsibility.

·Support business operation for projects or accounts in Japan, including review and writing of relevant contracts, tracking of contract obligations, making aware of contract obligation to delivery people, as partner to Contract Management team in Japan with direct interface with projects or accounts people in Japan

·Coordinate with Contract Management members and/or project members in Japan in the above work

·Handle contract review under the guidance of Legal,with a view to increasing skills and competence in this area

·Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the Client’s objective

·Assist in developing, leading and training lower level team members to increase skill and experience, motivation and engagementAssist in controlling work life balance of lower level team members

Qualification & Requirements

Strong Japanese Language skill, fluent EnglishBachelor degree,

Japanese major, legal major preferred

7 years minimal working experience in the relevant field is required

Knowledge and experience in contracting is required

Experience in IT industry or project management is also preferred

Experience of leading several number of people is also preferred

Detail-oriented,organized, flexible

Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands

Able to highlight risks and issues, and apply sound business judgment
